Full and Flexible Reporting
The Cloud allows instant generation and export of detailed time and attendance reports.
Take the headache out of calculating hours and wages earned with a few simple clicks
of a mouse.
Immediately see who is on site and who isn’t. Who is working under their scheduled
hours and who is working overtime.
Reports can be created for individuals, teams, sites or regions by week, month or
between any two dates of your choosing.
These can then be exported into Excel spreadsheets (.csv) and easily imported into
any accounts or payroll package.
Easy Rostering/Scheduling
Rosters and work schedules are made easy and can be applied to groups of staff or
sites with a wide range of parameters. For example shift start, shift end, lunch
breaks, total hours required, wages due, leave and absences.
Alerts can be automatically generated and sent to managers’ email or mobile phones
upon late arrivals or failures to depart.
Staff Management
Staff can be grouped into teams for easy reporting. Payroll numbers can be recorded
along with job types and even staff photos.
You can add, edit or remove staff in seconds so managing a dynamic workforce is
incredibly simple.
Site Management
All aspects of a site’s time and attendance requirements can be controlled via the
same simple interface. Any number of ScanLogik units can be added to a site and
any number of phones enabled for use with FoneLogik.
This allows complete flexibility in both how and where staff clock in and out of
a location.
Sites can be grouped into "Regions" either geographically or, for example, by contract
for simple block reporting on multiple locations.
As with staff you can add, edit or remove sites in seconds as your business or clients
change.
